Meet The Team

The Graphic Professionals at DPRINT consist of men and women with decades of knowledge and experience. We consult, design, print, produce, and install a full suite of screen, dye-sub, thermal and inkjet graphic designs. To truly understand the men and women who produce such great results, you need to know who they are.

• President and CEO, Lane Hickey-Wiggins, holds a degree from SCAD (Savannah College of Art & Design) and an MBA from the University of South Florida. She has a passion for empowering women and girls and brings her superpower administrative skills and industry expertise to our team, sitting on the first Women in Print Alliance board and also our industry board, the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA).
• Government Accounts Specialist, Debora Carrigan, is the primary go-to person for our nationwide government clients. Experience and delightfully strategic customer service are her hallmarks. She brings a professional approachability that makes clients eager to engage with her. She also represents DPRINT locally at Business Networking International (BNI).
• Estimator and Production Oversight Manager, Michael Hickey, brings over 35 years of screen and digital printing know-how to our team. He spearheads research and development and infuses every product with his “Can Do” attitude and enthusiasm.
• Order Processing Director, Lynn Hurley, makes certain your orders are processed correctly from beginning to end. She keeps our team on their toes and crosses every T and dots every I to ensure your orders are processed with quality and delivered on time.
• National Accounts Specialist, Stephanie Harvey, oversees national accounts and ReadyShip. She works with our internal team to ensure ReadyShip orders are delivered quickly and error-free. Stephanie also helps clients with custom graphics and is always working to stay afresh of regulatory changes in key industries for our clients.
• Digital Services Director, Matt DellaPenna, coordinates all of DPRINT’s digital services from design to print. Intensely creative, Matt is a pro in multiple digital design programs and is the innovative leader of our Kids Tag Art custom plate program. He keeps all the digital production cogs turning smoothly to ensure speedy delivery of the products you depend on to brand your business. Our graphic design team will design a single product or complete corporate brand concept from scratch. We have artists who understand design and are very talented with the Adobe Creative Suite and digital print production. We’ll also work with any existing graphic work you provide.
• Pressroom Supervisor, Jackson Hickey, leads, trains and coordinates screen print production to keep our jobs on schedule. He maintains a team of experienced professionals and is quick to resolve issues to keep our pressroom running like a well-oiled machine.
